When attempting to automatically register an LP360 license via the Registration tab within the LP360 License Administrator Program, the following error concerning the web service connection is displayed:
The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.
In this instance click OK and select the second option to save the registration information to a text file and e-mail the text file directly to registration@lp360.com as the program is unable to send out the information automatically from the computer/network.
