TerraSlave: failed to load block points

Problem:

Attempting to run a macro through TerraSlave results in the following message in the TerraSlave Processing Report:

“Failed to load block points”

Solution:

This can be caused by an incompatibility between the software and the point cloud format. For example, attempting to process LAS 1.4 data using the 32-bit TerraSlave. In this case, the 32-bit Terrasolid software cannot work with LAS 1.4.  The 64-bit version (CONNECT editions) would need to be used.
