Will our AirGon ASPSuite software work as a network license?

The ASPSuite is licensed in Roaming mode.  This is similar to floating, except you do not need to be connected to the internet to use the software, once you check out a license.  Thus, load the software on as many machines as you like and check out a license to the machine on which you wish to use the software. Then check it back in when finished so that others may use the license.
