Lines or polygons may be of an either clockwise or counter-clockwise nature. The Reverse Geometry 
command on the Feature Edit Tab may be used to reverse the geometry of selected lines or polygons.
1. Select a feature or features within the map to reverse the geometry of.
2. Click the Reverse Geometry command within the Feature Edit Tab.
