Clearing a Coordinate System

Once a coordinate system is no longer needed, the layer can be assigned the default coordinate system of "Unknown". An "Unknown" coordinate system will prevent any projection-on-the-fly when drawing the LIDAR Layer in ArcMap™.

How to Clear a Coordinate System

1. Click the "Clear" button. The coordinate system will reset back to an "Unknown" coordinate system.
