About Modifying the Classify Distance for a Conflation Point Cloud Task

If classifying LAS points within an area of the input geometry, a classify distance must be specified. This distance is the criteria used to determine if a point satisfies the spatial relationship of a point being "Within a Distance of" the input geometry. The distance is in map units of the LIDAR data.

How to Modify the Classify Distance

Within the Data Types table on the Conflation point cloud task properties page, check the Classify check box. Click twice (but not a double-click) in the Distance column for the type value you want to edit the distance for.
When the text box appears, enter the desired distance in map units.
Press Enter to commit the new classify distance.
