The results of some tasks may be better examined using a profile or cross section view in addition to the main view. The Profile window for the preview can be toggled on and off at the users discretion.
How to Toggle the Profile Window
Display Profile Window Command
From the Preview Window's Option button, left-click the Display Profile Window command.
Each consecutive left-click of the Display Profile Window command will toggle the display of the profile window.
Tip
To navigate the profile within the main view, use the arrow keys to step the profile forward and back (up and down keys) and rotate clockwise and counterwise (right and left keys). The profile can also be stepped forward and backwards using the mouse wheel while the cursor is within the profile window.
