Renaming the Active Task


About Renaming Tasks

You can change the name of the active task using the Rename Selected Task command. The Rename Point Cloud Task dialog also allows you to change the task description.

How to Rename Tasks

Rename Task Command

  1. Click the Point Cloud Tasks tab in the pane left of the map.
  2. Select the task that you would like to rename in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the arrow next to the Point Cloud Tasks button.
  4. Click Rename Selected Task.
  5. In the Rename Point Cloud Task dialog, you will see the original name of the task in the Original Task Name box. Make sure this is the task that you would like to rename.
  6. In the New Task Name box, type the name that you would like the task to be changed to.
  7. If you need to change the task description, make the changes in the Task Description box.
  8. Click OK.
