Results after the Tie Line correction.

    I made correction to the laser data with Tie Line method. As a result, my point could became arranged in straight lines.

    As seen on image: brown – ground layer before calibration; turquoise – after calibration.

    Is this normal result?
    Or something was wrong during calibration?

    This is not the normal result of the calibration process. From the screen shot you provided, it looks like your data was in mm resolution, however at the time you applied the corrections you were in a DGN file with cm resolution. Each of the lines of turquoise points coincide with a cm in elevation.
