About the Maximum Object Height
Points with a height above the ground surface above the maximum object
height value will not be evaluated. The maximum object height is only
used when the '
Use Height Filter'
option is turned on.
Effects of Increasing or Decreasing the Maximum Object Height
- Increasing Value: Increasing the maximum object height value
will increase the number of points classified. Higher values will
classify more points because more points will be considered, thereby,
increasing the likelihood of finding more planes.
- Decreasing Value: Decreasing the maximum object height value
will decrease the number of points classified. Lower values will
classify less points because more points will be removed from
consideration, thereby, decreasing the likelihood of finding more
planes.
