About the Minimum Object Height
Points with a height above the ground surface below the minimum object
height value will not be evaluated. The minimum object height is only
used when the '
Use Height Filter'
option is turned on.
Effects of Increasing or Decreasing the Minimum Object Height
- Increasing Value: Increasing the minimum object height value
will decrease the number of points classified. Higher values will
classify less points because more points will be removed from
consideration, thereby, decreasing the likelihood of finding more
planes.
- Decreasing Value: Decreasing the minimum object height value
will increase the number of points classified. Lower value will
classify more points because more points will be added to consideration
for classification, thereby, increasing the likelihood of finding
more planes.
