About Using Breakline Enforcement

In addition to modifying the point filter in order to influence the conflation surface, breaklines can be introduced into the conflation process as well. For example, if the stream centerlines were required to snap in the Z direction to known pond and lake elevations, the use of the ponds and lakes as breaklines would enforce the stream centerlines to flow in and out of the pond and lake bodies properly.

How to Use Breakline Enforcement

Modify Breakline Enforcement Command

1. Within the Conflation point cloud task properties page, click the Breakline Enforcement command.
   
   
2. The Breakline Enforcement Property Page will display. Select the desired enforcements, and select OK.
