Probable Resolution #1:
This indicates a graphics card driver issue. Several fixes include either renaming an ATI driver dll, rolling back the display driver to an older version, or replacing the video card with an NVIDIA one.
Probable Resolution #2
This error may be caused by an issue with the configuration of an RDP session.
