Problem:
Users encounters the error message, “Client GUID Authentication failed: Invalid access to memory location”, when attempting to checkout a license from the license server.
Probable Resolution #1:
Maintenance on the LP360 License Administrator has expired and the user is attempting to request a license for a newer version of the client than what is running on the License Administrator.
- If the maintenance is valid for the software release period, then download and install the same version of software or newer on the License Server machine as the Client machine.
- If the maintenance is not valid for the software release period, then renew maintenance or uninstall LP360 form the Client machine and install an authorized version as purchased.
