Symptom
In the ArcGIS extension dialog the LP360 extension is checked, but says “no license”. The LP360 toolbar indicates the extension is not licensed either as the red plus symbol is not activated. Checking LP360 License Administrator shows a licenses is available.
Probable Resolution
Try toggling the LP360 extension on/off and that should then check out the available license or indicate with an error message why it is unable to obtain a license.
