Symptom:
In LP360 2015.1.70.0, if one tries check for updates using the “Check for Software Updates” button on the LP360 License Administrator you will receive an error message stating “Unable to check for updates. Currently not Licensed (24271)”.
Resolution:
This is a bug in v2015.1.76.0, and addressed with the subsequent service pack release. The workaround is to directly go to the Software Updates page via the Check CDKey Status page, http://www.LP360.com/chkstatus.asp. Enter your CDKey as provided when you purchased the product. This will bring up the Software Updates page where you will find the “LP360 for ArcGIS Installer” and the “LP360 64-bit Installer”.
