While adding LAS files to the ArcMap document using the LP360 for ArcGIS extension you receive an LP360 COM Exception, “Unable to create LPUtilities (22703)”.

Probable Resolution:
The “Unable to create LPUtilities (22703)” error message generally appears when the program is unable to authenticate the license. Do you have the license properly configured on this machine and is it still valid?
