When dealing with Polyline or Polygon features in LP360, vertices are color coded based on their place in the beginning or end of the created feature in relation to their drawn direction. This article provides an explanation for what these colors represent.
Color Description
- Red/green vertex color is the start/end of the line on the same vertex. If the start and end were on different vertices, the start vertex is green and end vertex is red.
- The next triangular shaped green vertex indicates the second vertex of a line feature. This is to denote the direction of the line.
- Blue vertices indicate intermediate vertices, between the start and end.
Examples
Polyline – Start and End at different vertices
Polyline or Polygon – Same Start and End vertex
