Problem:
A DJI gimbal is not pointing forward properly for mapping flights. The top of the camera is slightly skewed to one direction.
Probable Resolution #1:
Please change the following settings in DJI GO or GO 4 depending on your drone configuration:
- In SmoothTrack Settings, Change Deadband – Pan to “0” and Speed – Pan to “100”.
- In Movement Limit Settings, Change Pan – Left and Right values to “0”.
After changing these settings, the top of your camera should now face forward when the camera is nadir (aimed straight down).
