Symptoms:
In ASPSuite, the ephemeris download fails. It just does nothing.
Probable Resolution #1:
Verify your machine has a proper internet connection and try again.
Probable Resolution #2:
Verify the ephemeris file is available. The broadcast ephemeris is available immediately, the ultra-rapid should be available within six hours of your flight.
Probable Resolution #3:
Manually download the applicable ultra-rapid and broadcast ephemeris files and place them in the PPK folder of your ASPSuite project. Then set the ephemeris file in Tools -> Edit flight -> Ephemeris by browsing to the SP3 file.
