Problem:
When attempting to open LP360 or TrueView EVO after initial installation, the user receives the following error message and cannot successfully start the software: “The code execution cannot proceed because aws-cpp-sdk-core.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.” or “The code execution cannot proceed because aws-cpp-sdk-s3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”
Probable Resolution #1:
Reinstall the LP360 software.
Probable Resolution #2
During the installation of LP360, it places an “aws-cpp-sdk-core.dll” and “aws-cpp-sdk-s3.dll” and some other AWS related DLLs in the “C:\Program Files\Common Files\LP360” folder. It’s possible that anti-virus or other defender style program is quarantining these files during installation. Verify that anti-virus software is not preventing these files from being written to the proper folder location by creating Antivirus Exceptions for LP360.
