Antivirus Exceptions for LP360 Drone and Applanix POSPac

When running True View EVO/LP360 Drone and Applanix POSPac some antivirus software may interfere with processing and cause processing exceptions or slow license check in, or processing times. It is recommended to provide exceptions for programs located in the following folders:

  • C:\Program Files\Common Files\LP360
  • C:\Program Files\LP360
  • C:\Program Files\GeoCue Group (only if TrueView EVO is installed)
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\LP360 (if LP360 for ArcMap is also installed)
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\LP360 (if LP360 for ArcMap is also installed)

If POSPac UAV Desktop is installed, also include exceptions for:

  • C:\Program Files\Applanix
  • C:\Program Files\Common Files\Applanix
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Applanix
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\SafeNet Sentinel

If POSPacCloud is installed, also include exceptions for:

  • C:\Program Files\Applanix
  • C:\Program Files\Common Files\Applanix
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\POSPacCloud
