Problem:
Open LP360 or ArcMap with the LP360 for ArcMap extension loaded results in the error, “Loading Stored Filters failed. (17894)”, with the description of “The XML file is not a ‘Stored Filters’ format XML document. (10343)
Probable Resolution #1:
The filters.xml file found in the user’s “C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\LP360”, where %user% is the currently logged in Windows user, has somehow become corrupted. This file is used to store the saved Live View filters.
To resolve the error, close LP360 and ArcMap, then rename the file. LP360 will create a new one with the default filters the next time you open the program.
