LP360: Solve Toolbox License Issue

Note: While the Arctoolbox tools are still an option within the product, the introduction of LAS File Analyst in v2018.1 and the ReProject/Shift LAS PCT in v2017.1, the new tools provide more efficient and robust tools and are now the recommended tools to use.

Receiving an error when attempting to run LP360 Tools within ArcToolbox (Tool is not Valid). The issue has to do with ArcMap background processing and LP360 licensing. Listed below is the current recommended workflow.

How do I disable background processing in Arc?
To disable the Background Processing in Arc go to GeoProcessing -> Geoprocessing Options -> Background Processing

LP360 Tools in the Toolbox should then use only the single license already enabled within that Arc session.
