User receives the error message on Step 4 – Ephemeris tab in ASPSuite, when attempting to download ephemeris and navigation files, stating, “Unable to download Ephemeris/Navigation File. The format of Septentrio Observation is incorrect!”
There is an option in the ASP Suite Loki update dialog to turn on/off wide-band interference mitigation of the Septentrio. Below are screenshots showing how to change these settings. Please follow the instructions in the pop-up window before clicking “Yes” on the dialog:
