Problem:
The SYS LED turns RED on True View startup and checking the CycleLog on the latest Cycle# folder indicates only one camera being detected on the system.
Probable Resolution #1:
True View systems have two GeoCue Mapping Cameras (GMC). Check each camera connection. If a camera is properly connected then you will see the lens move when the system is powered on. Refer to the following video.
Try reseating the camera cables several times to clear the connection and allow the camera to power up.
