With True View GO 116 and 132, you can get the following error:
Beyond restricted areas, the device is locked and cannot be used normally. Please contact after sales service.
It is an error regarding the TRUEVIEW GO SLAM permanent license, this license is region-locked this means that if you change the working region, you may need an update code.
For example, it could happen if you buy a TVGO in Europe but eventually you try to use it in North America.
To fix the issue contact [email protected] and we will provide an updated code for the new region.
