With True View GO 116 and 132, you can get the following error:
26001-The MCU data transfer is abnormal and the device will not work normally. Please power off and restart the device. If the problem still exists after restarted, please contact after-sales service.
23400-The ENC data lost. Please power off and restart the device. If the problem still exists after restarted, please contact after-sales.
25002-The current scene is complex and affects the post-processing results. Please leave the current scene as soon as possible.
This error is typically associated with excessively high CPU usage. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by allowing the sensor to rest for a short period and then restarting the data collection process in a different environment.
The error may also occur when the initial data capture is performed near a highly complex structure with few or no flat reference surfaces, such as a fence with small holes or a similarly detailed pattern. In these situations, the sensor may struggle to initialize correctly. To resolve the issue, restart the sensor in an area with simpler geometry and clearer flat surfaces.
