Symptom:
When updating your LP360 version for ArcGIS it returns:”The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This my indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2229“. This error message indicates that there is a difference in system languages used between the package that was previously installed the the current one.

Probable Resolution 1:
This error message indicates that there is a difference in system languages used between the package that was previously installed and the current one. Uninstall the previous version and then install the latest version.
Probable Resolution 2:
The installer was not correctly downloaded. The old installer should be deleted and then be re-downloaded from the LP360 installers page.
