In LP360 and True View Evo, set the profile view based on the direction of a feature for an automatic perpendicular profile view. This ensures that the drawn profile line is always centered on and perpendicular to the line or polygon feature direction. In Feature Analyst ->Navigation options, choose to center vertex and the profile line to be perpendicular to next or previous vertex.
As you cycle through the vertices in the Feature Analyst dialog, you will notice that the profile view is automatically perpendicular to the feature direction for the selected vertex.
Will this kind of feature be applied during active drawing of breakline features in future versions of LP360? The current workflow of having to stop command to re-orient profile view to be perpendicular is inefficient IMHO. Please consider adding this functionality to Feature Edit tools. Thanks.
