The Run Macro step completes with an exception, “Macro file does not exist.” as seen in the System Message column of the Checklist Step Details pane.
Probable Resolution #1:
Verify that the macro file associated with the assigned macro still exists in the project folder i.e. “\80XXX\1”. The macro will show in red in the macro catalog if it has been: deleted, moved, or if the name has been changed.
Probable Resolution #2:
Verify the GeoCue Dispatch user on the machine on which the “Macro file does not exist.” error occurred has permissions to read the macro file. It is typically recommended that the Dispatch user be the same user across the system to mitigate these types of permissions related issues.
