Problem:
When importing a cycle, an error message appears stating “This selected folder is an invalid cycle”. First check the Cycle > System folder to verify is there are any errors or missing files.
If the T04Path.txt file is present, the transfer of the Cycle was not completed before powering down the payload.
Probable Resolution #1:
Insert the USB back into the sensor and power-cycle the payload. The missing files belonging to the Cycle should automatically begin transferring to the USB as part of the pre-fight transfer check. Monitor the Web UI on your phone or tablet to ensure the transfer is complete before powering down the sensor.
Probable Resolution #2:
If the T04 was the only file not copied from the sensor and inserting the USB back into the sensor and a power-cycle the payload still did not copy it, the T04 file can by manually retrieved.
Login to the APX-15
- Power on the TrueView and wait for 30 seconds.
- Connect to the TrueView Wi-Fi network or use the debug cable.
- Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Edge, etc.)
- Enter 192.168.0.114 into the address bar.
Download T04 File
- Once you are logged in, select Data logging, then data files on the left menu.
- Check the box next to the T04 file you wish to download and click Download Selected Files.
- Copy the file to your Cycle\System folder and to your Project\Area\Cycle\POS folder.
