With True View GO 116 and 132, you can get the following error:
Due to prolonged failure to acquire satellite signals, the device is locked and cannot be used normally. Please wait in an open area for the device to acquire satellite signals normally.
It is an error message that happens when the sensor has been 2 months without detecting GNSS signals. Either by being stored or used only indoor. At this point the sensor will be blocked until detecting GNSS signals.
The problem is solved by switching on the sensor outdoor, in an area with GNSS signal and performing a scan.
