One advantage of the Ortho Mapping tool and the Job Manager in LP360 Drone is the ability to view processing logs for each job. This comes in handy when a job fails and troubleshooting is required. One error that may be displayed in the processing log is “AttributeError: ‘str’ object has no attribute ‘items’“.
Probable Resolution #1:
The ‘items’ that this error message refers to is images and the tool can’t extract EXIF information. When encountering this error, double check to make sure that your desired image layer is present. If the layer is present, open one of the photo layers in Feature Analyst and validate the paths to the image files and whether the Image Viewer can load the images. These paths rely on the project path, so if you have moved your project, you may need to update the project path in File -> Project Settings -> Project -> Project Path.
